Is the transparent background to be applied before the normal painting, to ensure perfect adhesion of each enamel spray on diffcult surfaces such as plastics, metal alloys and metals in general, which otherwise would not be paintable. Protects surfaces over time from rust metal. Over-paintable after dried. Suitable for metal part of the car, flls small imperfections and cover the scratches. It dries to the touch in roughly 15 minutes and dries fully in roughly 45 minutes.
